Social exclusion in today's society, particularly the exclusion from the labor market, which is crucial in that system, whether unemployment or career. Social exclusion can be generally regarded as a consequence of unequal access of individuals or entire groups to the five fundamental source of companies, namely, employment, housing, social protection, health care and education, as the inability to exercise their rights and actively implement nationality. Job became decisive source income and social status of man and the central value of the company. Marginalization and social exclusion, despite its multidimensional nature, therefore, primarily reflect inequality within the labor market.(original abstract)
