Abstrakty
Celem artykułu było przedstawienie dotychczasowych wpływów ujęć behawioralnych na teorie oraz zakres badań zarządzania strategicznego. Wpływy te umieszczono w trzech grupach charakteryzujących się określonym oddziaływaniem ujęć filozoficznych i metodologią badań: redukcjonizm, pluralizm i kontekstualizm. Ponadto odniesiono wpływy ujęć behawioralnych do dwóch obszarów w zarządzaniu strategicznym: obszaru związanego z podejmowaniem decyzji oraz obszaru związanego z realizacja zmiany strategicznej. Rozwinięcie kwestii zmiany strategicznej wskazuje na konieczność wzbogacenia podstawowych podejść behawioralnych w zarządzaniu strategicznym o podejście kontraktualne. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the paper was to present current influences of behavioral approaches on strategic management: reductionists, pluralists, conceptualists. The influences of behavioral approaches on strategic management can be referred to decision an strategic change. There is a need for development of new behavioral strategy based on resource-based view, which can be named: contractual behavioral approach. (original abstract)
