Two internally consistent constructs - substantive capabilities and dynamic capabilities - are describe, along with a discussion of some broader implications of dynamic capabilities theory for the field of entrepreneurship, The core contribution of my paper is insight into organizational levers of sustainable firm effectiveness. I conclude by examining how the model contributes to literatures ranging from corporate entrepreneurship and strategic management to organizational improvisation, to high organizational effectiveness. W opracowaniu przedstawiono dwa wewnętrznie spójne konstrukty - zdolności substancjalne i zdolności dynamiczne - przeprowadzając równocześnie dyskusję odnośnie do szerszych teoretycznych konsekwencji posługiwania się koncepcją dynamicznych zdolności w obszarze przedsiębiorczości. Najważniejszy jest tu wgląd w organizacyjne nośniki trwałej efektywności firmy. W zakończeniu rozważono, w jaki sposób scharakteryzowany model przyczynia się do naukowego postępu, począwszy od przedsiębiorczości organizacyjnej i zarządzania strategicznego, poprzez organizacyjne uczenie się i organizacyjną improwizację, a skończywszy na wysokiej efektywności organizacji.
