Dla większości przedsiębiorstw ewaluacja dostawców stanowi kluczowy element zarządzania dostawcami. Jednocześnie w ostatnich latach coraz więcej firm dostrzega konieczność angażowania dostawców w doskonalenie procesów i produktów. Niestety, są to często sporadyczne inicjatywy wobec pojedynczych dostawców. Artykuł stanowi próbę przedstawienia uporządkowanego podejścia do zarządzania sprawnością dostawców, które łączy ze sobą oba zagadnienia i uzupełnia o różne zmienne. W artykule został przedstawiony opisowy model w tym zakresie. Ma on stanowić punkt wyjścia do dalszych badań jakościowych i ilościowych, które pozwolą na jego rozwinięcie i uzupełnienie a następnie wykorzystanie jako gotowego narzędzia przez przedsiębiorstwa chcące skutecznie zwiększać stopień integracji w relacjach z dostawcami. For most companies the evaluation of suppliers is a key element in the area of the relationships with suppliers. At the same time, more and more companies involve vendors in improving processes and products. Unfortunately, these initiatives are often sporadic and directed to individual suppliers. This article attempts to provide a structured approach to the supplier performance management that combines these two issues and complements with different determinants. The article presents a descriptive model in this area. It is a starting point for further qualitative and quantitative research that will allow to develop it and then use as a ready tool by companies seeking to increase the level of integration with suppliers.
