Abstrakty
W IV kwartale 2005 r. ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury ma wartość -6.8, większą niż w którymkolwiek IV kwartale od rozpoczęcia badania koniunktury w budownictwie. Obecny wskaźnik koniunktury jest większy o 3 punkty niż rok temu, o 13 punktów niż 2 lata temu, o 28 punktów niż 3 lata temu i o 31 punktów niż 4 lata temu. W ciągu minionych 4 lat w sektorze prywatnym obserwowana była szybsza poprawa koniunktury niż w sektorze publicznym, efektem czego jest wyraźnie korzystniejsza sytuacja panująca obecnie w sektorze prywatnym. W sektorze prywatnym wskaźnik koniunktury wynosi teraz -1.8 i jest to wartość większa niż w dowolnym IV kwartale od początku badania koniunktury w budownictwie. Obecny wskaźnik koniunktury sektora prywatnego jest większy o 9, 19, 34 i 42 punkty niż, odpowiednio, rok, 2, 3 i 4 lata temu. (fragment tekstu)
In the 4th Quarter of 2005 the general business indicator takes a value of -6.8, higher than in any 4th quarter since the business survey for construction industry was initiated. At present the business indicator is higher by 3 points than one year ago, by 13 points than 2 years ago, by 28 points than 3 years ago and by 31 points than 4 years ago. During previous 4 years faster improvement of business activity was observed in the private sector than in the public one, which resulted a visibly more advantageous situation in the private sector at present. In the private sector the business indicator at present is equal to -1.8 and this value is higher than in any 4th quarter since the business survey for construction industry has started. At present the business indicator in the private sector is higher by 9, 19, 34 and 42 points than one year, 2, 3 and 4 years ago, respectively. (fragment of text)
