Abstrakty

W II kwartale 2003 roku wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość +13.1, większą o 11.3 punktu procentowego w porównaniu z II kwartałem 2002 roku i większą o 21.7 punktu w porównaniu z II kwartałem 2001 roku. Jednak obecna wartość wskaźnika koniunktury wciąż jest niższa niż 3 lata temu, gdy wynosiła +16.7. W minionych kwartałach porównanie ogólnej wartości wskaźnika koniunktury z analogicznym okresem sprzed roku i sprzed 2 lat także było korzystne, zatem potwierdzają się obserwowane od około 1,5 roku symptomy stopniowej poprawy koniunktury w budownictwie. Koniunktura w sektorze prywatnym jest znacznie gorsza niż w publicznym. Różnica wartości wskaźnika koniunktury w sektorze prywatnym i publicznym sięga 20 punktów procentowych. Wskaźnik koniunktury dla sektora publicznego jest wyższy od średniej ogółem o 13 punktów. (fragment tekstu)

In the 2nd quarter of 2003 the general business indicator has a value +13.1, higher by 11.3 percentage points than in the 2nd quarter of 2002 and higher by 21.7 points than in the 2nd quarter of 2001. However, present value of the business indicator still hasn't reached its the level +16.7, observed 3 years ago. In the previous quarters, a comparison of the indicator's value with its value from the analogous quarter one or two years ago also gave the positive results. So, the signs of gradually recovering business activity in the construction industry, which have been observed for about 1.5 years, now are confirmed. The situation of the private sector is much worse than of the public one. The spread between the values of the business indicator in the private and public sector reaches 20 percentage points. In the public sector the business indicator is higher than the general mean by 13 points. (fragment of text)
