W tym opracowaniu autor szuka odpowiedzi na pytanie o relację pomiędzy teorią strategicznego zarządzania i teorią strategicznego zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Wykonane studia obejmują porównanie pomiędzy wybranymi podejściami, które budują te teorie. W końcowej części zostaje zaprezentowany ogólny model relacji pomiędzy badanymi zagadnieniami. Na tym tle zostały wypracowane wnioski o przyszłości SHRM. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In this paper author is searching for the answer to the question about relation between theory or strategic management and theory of strategic human resource management. These studies include comparison between selected approaches that build up these theories. In the final part a general model of relations between the studied issues is presented. On this background, conclusions about the future of SHRM have been elaborated. (original abstract)
