Forecasting financial growth of a business calls for prior identification of strategic objectives of a company and analysis of its strategic opportunities. The tool that enables a company to develop effectively is the company's financial strategy. In the process of business financial strategy development, the list of its main functional processes is formed. The article names the criteria for forming of the list. (original abstract)

Prognozowanie finansowego wzrostu firmy wymaga uprzedniej identyfikacji strategicznych celów firmy i analizy strategicznych możliwości. Narzędziem, które pozwala się firmie rozwijać skutecznie jest jej strategia finansowa. W procesie budowania strategii finansowej firmy tworzona jest lista głównych procesów funkcjonalnych. Artykuł wymienia kryteria formowania takiej listy. (abstrakt oryginalny)
