Abstrakty

Wiedza jest jednym z najcenniejszych zasobów organizacji. Jednak jego potencjalna wartość może zostać poważnie ograniczona, jeśli jej przepływ jest utrudniony. Artykuł ten ma na celu zwrócenie uwagi na znaczenie przepływów wiedzy w organizacji. Przedstawiono wyniki badań ankietowych w polskich przedsiębiorstwach budowy maszyn, dotyczących wykorzystania nośników przepływu wiedzy.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Knowledge is one of the most valuable resources. However, its potential value can be severely limited if its flow is impeded. This article aim is to draw attention to the importance of knowledge flows within the organization. It presents the results of surveys in Polish machinery industry enterprises relating to the use of knowledge flows carriers.(original abstract)
