Abstrakty

EN

The principles of development of scientific and methodical provisions of schemes of complex use and protection of water resources of river ecosystems, and also recommendations about justification of the standard list of actions about protection and rational use of their water resources have the features for considered types and types of the rivers. Therefore the greatest interest is represented by the rivers which drain is formed in the territory of RK, protected in various climatic zones of Kazakhstan and falling into trailer reservoirs. In this regard for an exception of an aggravation of the problems connected with ecological disruption in river ecosystems and adjacent to them reservoirs, and also improvement of a control system by water resources were developed a number of scientific and methodological bases of environmental management in drainless pools of the South of Kazakhstan(fragment of text)

Wnioski płynące z obserwacji ekologicznego ogólnokrajowego interesu Chin i Kazachstanu oraz Koordynacja wspólnych działań na rzecz ochrony przyrody stwarzają możliwość wypracowania zrównoważonego rozwoju i racjonalnego zarządzania środowiskiem przyrodniczym. Ta droga prowadzi do zaspokojenia interesu samych odbiorców wody z zasobów dorzecza i jeziora Balkash.(abstrakt oryginalny)
