Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono rozwiązania mające na celu wsparcie przedsiębiorczości oraz rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Przeprowadzono analizę rozwiązań, które zostały wdrożone w trzech krajach: Szkocji, Brazylii i Chile. Omówiono ewolucję zmian w polityce przedsiębiorczości w Szkocji w ciągu ostatnich kilkudziesięciu lat. Przedstawiono instytucje i wdrożone programy ukierunkowane na rozwój przedsiębiorczości, w tym rozwój branży venture capital i inkubatorów przedsiębiorczości.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper presents initiatives aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises development. The analysis was conducted for three countries: Scotland, Brazil and Chile. The evolution of enterprise policy in Scotland during last few decades was presented. The paper also provides an overview of institutions and introduced programmes aimed at entrepreneurship development, including development of venture capital industry and business incubators.(original abstract)
