Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie specyfiki jachtingu i jego znaczenia w rozwoju turystyki wodnej, ze szczególnym wskazaniem na usługi logistyczne jako podstawowe czynniki warunkujące sprawną obsługę turystów-żeglarzy w portach jachtowych. Jachting - to działalność ukierunkowana na eksploatację indywidualnych i zbiorowych jednostek pływających wykorzystywanych masowo dla celów turystycznych, rekreacyjnych i sportowych na: wodach śródlądowych, morskich wodach wewnętrznych i morskich wodach przybrzeżnych. Działalność ta realizowana jest w portach i przystaniach jachtowych (mariny), lądowych bazach technicznych, a także dzięki lądowemu zapleczu turystycznemu.(fragment tekstu)

Modern yachting is seen as a kind of water sport. Its history is many centuries old and gluted with numerous accents of trade war. Currently, yachting is a form of human activity, often associated with sport and recreation. We can observe a dynamic development of marine, coastal and inland tourism. This fact increases the demand for traditional port services (parking and other services).However, in times of market which is strictly customer-oriented, the realization of many tasks at marinas is designed to satisfy the needs and expectations of vessels and people call at there. The result is that customer service quality is assessed in terms of several groups of services that together form a set of services providing full support for vessels and sailors. However, the most interesting are those groups of services, which clearly affect on customer service quality and marinas operation and determine the appropriate standard of sailors and travelers visits in port. Among these groups are both logistical services of a fundamental nature as well as additional services. The second group prepare an appropriate amount of hotel rooms, dining, shopping, entertainment, etc. It should be noted that everything generate a need to develop a logistics system for vessels and their crews and all entities and individuals acting in the marina. The paper will approach approximate ranges of task for specific groups of logistics services and their impact on the functioning of the marina combined with residential buildings such as pavilions and others. The levels of inflirtation of these services and the ground of their integration will be also pointed.(author's abstract)
