Głównym celem pracy jest oszacowanie poziomu kapitału ludzkiego oraz ocena wpływu tego zasobu na wzrost gospodarczy w Polsce w latach 2010-2050, a więc w okresie intensywnych przemian struktury populacji. (fragment tekstu)
