Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono problemy związane z zastosowaniem różnych ścieżek przejścia od monopolu naturalnego do rynku niedoskonale konkurencyjnego z rezydualnym (sieciowym) monopolem naturalnym. Wśród rozważanych ścieżek przejścia brane są pod uwagę: liberalizacja i deregulacja rynku, regulacja prokonkurencyjna oraz restrukturyzacja firmy zasiedziałej, polegająca na oddzieleniu operatora sieci przesyłowej od spółek świadczących usługi na rynku detalicznym. The economic literature presents a number of models that explain the regulation of natural monopoly. This paper focuses on analyzing problems that appear in the transitions from monopoly to market of imperfect competition with residual natural monopoly. (original abstract)
