Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono metodę interaktywnej nauki zarządzania strategicznego (ISM) w gospodarstwach rolnych na przykładzie gospodarstw mlecznych. Zaprezentowano metodę opracowaną przez ekspertów z Uniwersytetu Wageningen w Holandii oraz przykładowe studia przypadków jej zastosowania w dwóch gospodarstwach mlecznych w Słowenii. The article presents a method of interactive training in strategic management (ISM) in agricultural farms on example of dairy production. The ISM method was developed in LEI Institute at Wageningen Agricultural University, the Netherlands. Authors present case study examples of implementation of the method in two dairy farms in Slovenia. (original abstreact)
