Abstrakty

Stopień wykorzystania w pracy zawodowej wiedzy i umiejętności wyniesionych ze studiów jest jednym z głównych kryteriów oceny jakości kształcenia oraz racjonalizacji gospodarowania kadrami z wyższym wykształceniem. Z badań przeprowadzonych przez IGS w roku 1986 wynika, że wykorzystanie w pracy kwalifikacji zdobytych w trakcie studiów w SGPiS nie jest najwłaściwsze. Z jednej bowiem strony niewiele ponad 50% badanych absolwentów stwierdziło, że stopień wykorzystania ich wiedzy i umiejętności wyniesionych z Uczelni jest duży w toku całej pracy /21,4%/ lub przeważnie duży z okresami małego wykorzystania /31,1%/.

Surveyes conducted in 1986 show, that little more than 50% of graduates from the Central School of Planning and Statistics found the degree of exploitation at work of their qualifications gained at School as large, or considerably large. 40% of graduates use their qualifications at a low or considerably low degree. Further analyses indicated, that: - males more frequently than females declared making use of their qualifications, - the younger age groups of graduates, the more critical evaluation of the problem, - graduates of faculties of the Finances and Statistics, Foreign Trade and Economics of Production relatively most frequently found the utilization of their qualifications as positive, whereas the graduates of the Socio-Economic faculty - most rarely. Moreover, persons with long employment, graduates of extramural studies and the ones occupying higher managerial posts. The survey also included occupational activity, measured by the organized forms of life-education courses. It should be stated, that this activity was, generally, large. However, graduates of older age groups show fullest occupational activity, whereas the graduates of years 1981-1986 - the most frenetic one /1/3 of them took courses/. (original abstract)
