Abstrakty
Spór jest zderzeniem się kontrowersyjnych poglądów i stanowisk. W trakcie każdej kontrowersji strony sporu wysuwają argumenty w celu wsparcia swoich przekonań i krytykują niezgodne z własnymi wyobrażeniami przekonania przeciwnika. Spór to również szczególny przypadek argumentacji, jej najbardziej ostra i napięta forma. Celem każdego sporu jest ujawnienie prawdy lub pokonanie przeciwnika. Może to być i jedno, i drugie zarazem, trudno bowiem określić granicę między sporami prowadzonymi w celu wykrycia prawdy i sporami dla osiągnięcia zwycięstwa. (fragment tekstu)
Every dispute objective is either the truth revelation or a defeat of an opponent. Thus, we have to remark that unfortunately there is not the clear limit between disputes made to the truth detection and glory over one of the dispute parts, This lack of the limit does not mean, that such discrimination is not important We can say, it is hard to point the clear limit between the intellect and the stupidity but it does not mean that the intellect and the stupidity are the same and that there is not a need to distinguish them.
