Warto więc przeprowadzać kolejne badania i analizy powyższego zagadnienia. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest próba oceny zależności występujących pomiędzy źródłami rekrutacji i selekcji a efektywnością organizacji w kontekście trudności w pozyskiwaniu wyjątkowych pracowników.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Relationships between sources of recruitment and organizational effectiveness are not a frequent object of research. This is because this topic is not a phenomenon that can easily be described by numbers, calculated and derived clear conclusions. The few studies that describe these relationships are not exhaustive, thus further research and analysis of this topic is worth carrying out. The aim of this paper is an attempt to evaluate relationships between the sources of recruitment and selection and efficiency of organizations in the context of difficulties in finding exceptional employees.(original abstract)
