W pracy podjęto analizę kwestii metodologicznych i mierników oceny ex-ante (nakłady, zasoby) i ex-post (wyniki bieżące, rezultaty długofalowe) konsekwencji działań w sektorze zdrowia z perspektywy systemowej. Omówiono podejścia do międzynarodowej analizy porównawczej systemów zdrowotnych i wstępne wyniki własnego podejścia do analizy efektywności krajów OECD i analizy regionalnych systemów zdrowotnych.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper deals with methodological premises and measures used for analyzing health systems effectiveness from aggregate level (system perspective). Indices for ex-ante (outlays, resources) and ex-post (outputs, outcomes) analyses are classified. Approaches to cross-country comparative effectiveness of health systems are outlined. Initial research results concerning effectiveness of OECD national health systems and regional analysis of European health systems are presented. (original abstract)
