Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiamy metody analiz sieci społecznych oraz przykłady ich zastosowań w badaniach organizacji i zarządzania. Metody stosowane w analizie sieci społecznych zaliczają się do ilościowych metod badań społecznych. Przedstawiamy podstawowe założenia i specyfikę prowadzenia badań sieciowych, przybliżamy rodzaje stawianych problemów, typy danych, metody ich analiz oraz przykłady ich zastosowań. Wśród przykładów wykorzystania analiz sieci społecznych omawiamy badania innowacji, kapitału społecznego, władzy, ładu korporacyjnego, komunikacji i karier menadżerów. (abstrakt oryginalny)
EN
In the article we present methods used in the analysis of social networks and examples of their application to organizations and management research. Methods applied in social network analysis are considered quantitative. We present basic assumptions and characteristics of social network research, examples of research data and problems, methods of their analysis, and examples of applications. We describe applications of social network analysis in researching innovations, social capital, power, corporate governance, communication and managerial careers. (original abstract)
