Abstrakty
W artykule zaprezentowano poglądy dotyczące relacji organizacji z otoczeniem. Generalnie istnieją dwie postawy wobec tej relacji. Jedna to teoria zależności od zasobów (otoczenie determinuje działania organizacji), druga zaś przyjmuje, że organizacja kształtuje otoczenie. W artykule przedstawiono też argumenty przemawiające za potrzebą monitorowania otoczenia oraz identyfikację niepewności w różnych warunkach zewnętrznych. W końcu zaprezentowano wybrane sposoby kształtowania relacji między organizacją a jej otoczeniem. Jednym z nich jest koncepcja dynamicznych zdolności, a drugim umiejętności organizacyjnego uczenia się.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The article presents views on the relationship between an organization and its environment. Generally there are two approaches to this relationship. One of them is the theory of external control of organization - a resource dependence perspective (environment determines the organization) and the other assumes that the organization is able to shape the environment. In its next part the article shows the arguments for the need of monitoring and identifying the uncertainty in different external conditions. In the end it shows selected ways managers can use in shaping the relationship between the organization and its environment. One of them is the concept of dynamic capabilities, and the other organizational learning.(original abstract)
