Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono wybrane aspekty afektywnego przetwarzania danych w systemach komputerowych. Badania realizowane w aplikacjach internetowych wskazują na szerokie możliwości wykorzystania metod afektywnych w analizach zachowań i preferencji. Znajomość udziału poszczególnych poziomów emocji przyczynia się do lepszego rozpoznania potrzeb i dokładniejszego wyznaczenia charakterystyk użytkowników.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The article presents some ideas of interaction with a user on the level of emotions and feelings in computer system mechanisms. The main area of the research focuses on the introduction of user interfaces which enable the possibility of transferring signals connected with user's emotions into the computer environment. The research in the scope of affective computing has an interdisciplinary character and combines engineering, IT, psychology, knowledge of behaviour, neurology and other fields. One of the fields is the technology used for obtaining and interpreting the information related to emotions, focused on recognition, modelling and predicting the emotional states and using that knowledge in the chosen areas of decision support.(original abstract)
