W końcu przedyskutowałem teoretyczne i menedżerskie implikacje opisanej koncepcji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The framework developed in this article is based on two distinct but related bodies of knowledge: the findings of basic research on the origins, dimensions and nature of entrepreneurial orientation, and extant research on organizational learning. Together these areas of investigation converge on the following suggestions. First, entrepreneurial orientation and capabilities are important factors in strategic renewal success. Second, synthesizing entrepreneurial orientation, in combination with development of entrepreneurial learning, results in more entrepreneurial activities as indicated by various strategic renewals. Drawing on these suggestions, I developed the two-category taxonomy of renewal strategy. I also discuss theoretical and managerial implications of the findings. (original abstract)
