Abstrakty

The issues taken in the article are kept in evolutionary logic in management. In this perspective, the perception of competitive advantage (in the strict sense) is changing. An important thing is how organizational routines are evolving to ensure organization's survival. This paper concerns organizational routines literature study as well as a conceptual framework showing the real, dual nature of routines, reflecting in ostensive and performative aspects. A potential setting for an empirical study based on this conceptual framework is also addressed. (original abstract)
