The paper investigates the relative labour market outcomes of immigrant versus native population in Croatia. The immigrant population is broadly defined as foreign born and two outcomes - employment and unemployment - have been considered. The individual Labour Force Survey data without identifier has been used to produce estimates for the period 2006-2012. The results in Croatia are similar to those in other countries, where it has been frequently found that immigrants have lower employment and higher unemployment rates than native population. The results do not indicate that a recent crisis has affected immigrant population relatively more than native population, since no clear trends in widening of the estimated gaps have been identified.
