Abstrakty

Systemy emerytalne funkcjonują w powiązaniu z rynkiem pracy. Jakkolwiek głównym ich zadaniem jest zapewnianie dochodu emerytalnego, są one również wykorzystywane dla motywowania do takich zachowań na rynku pracy, które są uważane za korzystne dla gospodarki. Jeśli chodzi o czas pracy to w czasie kilku dekad po II wojnie światowej uprawnienia do adekwatnych świadczeń związane były głównie z wymiarem czasu pracy oraz osiągnięciem wieku emerytalnego. Obecnie zaś coraz większego znaczenia nabiera długość kariery zawodowej, szczególnie w relacji do oczekiwanej długości życia. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Retirement systems have been always connected with labour markets. Although their main task is provision of retirement income they are also used to motivate to particular behavior at the labour market that is considered advantageous for the economy. In terms of working time eligibility to pension systems was - during initial decades after the second world war - based both on monthly working time and reaching retirement age. Nowadays it is rather length of working career part-time or full-time on the background of the lifetime that matters for receiving decent retirement income. (original abstract)
