This article analyzes the role of innovations in socio-economic development of Russia in the global economic crisis. The general aim of this paper is to identify the role and significance of the innovation activity as effective instruments of way out of global economic crisis. Object of research of this article is innovational development in Russia, subject of research is problems of this type of development in global economic crisis. The main hypothesis of work is a precise comprehension of the role of innovation development as an effective way out of economic crisis. The paper is structured as follows. The first section introduces the theoretical approach of innovation as the factor of economic development. The second part is devoted to the analysis of statistical data on scales and dynamics of innovative activity in Russia for last years. Finally, the third section concludes remarks about main problems of innovational development of Russia in the conditions of a global economic crisis and policy issues. (original abstract)

Artykuł analizuje rolę innowacji w społeczno-ekonomicznym rozwoju Rosji w okresie globalnego kryzysu ekonomicznego. Celem artykułu jest określenie znaczenia działalności innowacyjnej jako efektywnego sposobu wyjścia z kryzysu. Pierwsza część zawiera uwagi teoretyczne na temat innowacji jako czynnika rozwoju ekonomicznego. Druga część jest poświęcona analizie danych statystycznych dotyczących skali i dynamiki działalności innowacyjnej w Rosji w ostatnich latach. Ostatnia, trzecia część zawiera wnioski końcowe i uwagi odnośnie głównych problemów rozwoju Rosji w warunkach globalnego rozwoju ekonomicznego. (abstrakt oryginalny)
