Abstrakty
Tekst zawiera analizę procesów outsourcingu jako źródła ryzyka w działalności organizacji. Autor, w pierwszej kolejności, ukazuje podstawowe współczesne nurty badań dotyczących outsourcingu. Następnie dokonuje identyfikacji rodzajów i obszarów ryzyka, które są następstwem zastosowania outsourcingu w działalności organizacji. Rozważania wieńczy analiza możliwości redukcji wspomnianego ryzyka. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The article present an analysis of outsourcing processes as a source of risk in organization's activity. Firstly, the author describes the basic contemporary approaches to outsourcing research. After that, the author shows the types and areas of risk which are the result of outsourcing implementation. Finally, the possibilities of reducing the outsourcing risk are identified.
