Omówiono istotę gminnego zespołu interdyscyplinarnego oraz opisano jego ustrój i kompetencje.

The subject of the elaboration are problems of the system connected with functioning of a communal interdisciplinary team. Principles of appointing and dismissing team members were specified and a legal status of the team members in regard to their employment situation in the institution employing them. Dependencies were indicated, which exist between a head of the commune (mayor, president of the city) and the communal interdisciplinary team. There were also specified basic authority competencies of the interdisciplinary team in a form of making decisions on taking away a child suffering from violence in the family, summoning the interested parties to a team's meeting in order to give a n instruction concerning violence in the family and offering a crisis intervention in a form of placing family members at home for mothers or pregnant women. An effort was undertaken to locate a communal interdisciplinary team on background of other agencies of a commune acting in the sphere of social law, i.e. a communal commission solving alcohol problems and a manager of a communal social assistance centre. In the scope of de lege ferenda postulates, there were indicated the grounds of appointing the system of the communal integrated administration in the sphere of the rendering administration.
