Abstrakty
Firmy rodzinne są fundamentem gospodarki. Jak wskazują badania, większość biznesów rodzinnych należy do małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, ale bywają nimi także światowi giganci. Każda firma posiada charakterystyczne dla siebie grupy interesu, w firmach rodzinnych dodatkową grupą jest trzon rodziny, mający strategiczny wpływ na działania organizacji. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie systemu rodziny jako kluczowej grupy stakeholders, specyficznej dla family business. (fragment tekstu)
In the article the author raised the issue of the family as a specific stakeholder in the family business. Definitions of families and groups of interest from the point of view of the organization and strategy of the organization. The author presents arguments for the significance of the family in the analysis of interest groups and a variety of performance criteria and forces impact on the family business. (original abstract)
