Abstrakty

Kompetencje przedsiębiorstwa to kategoria ważna w teorii zarządzania, a także użyteczna na poziomie firmy, szczególnie w kontekście zdobywania przewagi konkurencyjnej. Wymaga jednak dalszego doprecyzowania. Oznacza to z jednej strony potrzebę jednoznacznego zdefiniowania istoty i struktury kompetencji przedsiębiorstwa, a z drugiej - objaśnienia sposobów ich kształtowania, w tym zwłaszcza oddziaływania logistyki. Logistyka, zawierając duży potencjał sukcesu przedsiębiorstwa, winna być w tym kontekście traktowana ze szczególną atencją i ujmowana w sposób całościowy. Nie znajduje zatem uzasadnienia strukturyzacja potencjału logistycznego na wzór profilu strategicznego przedsiębiorstwa. (fragment tekstu)

In recent years we can observe a dynamic development of Resource-Based Viewconcept. This trend of strategic management has been enriched by the Competence- Based Management-Concept. In this concept the resources are perceived as the most important potential of the enterprise success, which is the part of the competencies of an enterprise. At the same time, there is emphasized the role of logistics in the creation of the competitive edge of an enterprise. So there is a question, what is the relationship between logistics and the competencies of an enterprise. Against the opinions, which point out the resources, abilities and competencies of logistics, the logistic potential should be treated as whole.(original abstract)
