EN

Parts commonality refers to the same, re-usable certain parts or components. It should also include how the so-called synergic parts, in case of which small change assumes only a maximum of 30% of the increase in cost in comparison with the original version. Thanks to wider use of this type of parts as a result of economies of scale and the creation of synergy effects, production costs are reduced, also capital expenditures and the costs of research and development sphere. Typically, parts and components are used in a "hidden" way in order not to spoil effects for customers connected with intended product differentiation. Solutions of this type are used for a long time and do not spoil the brand identity.(fragment of text)

W współczesnej gospodarce przedsiębiorstwa szybko się przeobrażają, co dodatkowo jest potęgowane przez globalizację działalności. Łańcuchy dostaw zawierają coraz więcej elementów połączonych różnego rodzaju relacjami. Portfolio produktowe przedsiębiorstw rozbudowuje się w szybkim tempie. Zjawiska te przyczyniają się do powstania zjawiska złożoności systemów gospodarczych, w tym systemów logistycznych. Przemysł motoryzacyjny jako jeden z najbardziej wrażliwych na wahania koniunktury rynków jest prekursorem wielu rozwiązań mających na celu pokonanie złożoności i ustalenie jej optymalnego poziomu bez szkody dla zaspokojenia potrzeb klienta. Do metod tych zalicza się m.in. modułowość i produkcję.(fragment tekstu)
