Abstrakty
Marketing, mimo swojej ponad stuletniej tradycji, pozostaje dziedziną stosunkowo młodą o nieukształtowanej jeszcze w pełni tożsamości i podlegającą ciągłemu rozwojowi. EN
Marketing, despite its more than centennial tradition, has been a relatively young domain with still not fully fledged identity and subject to continuous development. An aim of considerations is to present one of the possible directions of that development which, as the ongoing changes within marketing indicate, will consist in a gradual shift from the focus on the customer to the orientation on stakeholders. Such an extension of the perspective will entail essential implications both in the research sphere and in relation to the role of marketing in economic practice. It will help to ever stronger emphasise the social dimension of marketing as the process whose participants and beneficiaries are various groups of stakeholders. The article is of the conceptual nature. (original abstract)
