Artykuł eksploruje wyjaśnienia ewolucyjne w polu badawczym relacji międzyorganizacyjnych, a precyzyjnie - w obszarze rutyn relacyjnych. W rezultacie wykorzystania wielopoziomowego ujęcia rutyn dookreślono istotę i atrybuty rutyn relacyjnych.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article explores evolutionary explanations in the research area concerning inter- -organizational relationships, and specifically, those in the area of relational routines. The article is subdivided into three parts. The first refers to discontinuation, considering it an essential attribute of the functioning of modern business organization, intensifying inter-organizational relationships. In the next part, the discussion is focused on the object of evolution, and therefore, changes. This object is routine and for further deliberations, the understanding of routines is essential. Finally, the last part the discussion is related to routines in inter-organizational relationships and refers to their understanding, and goes into identifying their differentia specifica. As a result of the multi-level approach, routines have been further specified in terms of the essence and attributes of relational routines.(original abstract)
