Tradycyjne podejście do teorii i praktyki organizacyjnej ulega ciągłej weryfikacji pod wpływem procesów globalizacji, które stawiają przed menedżerami nowe wyzwania strategiczne, relacyjne, komunikacyjne Utrzymanie pozycji rynkowej czy przewagi konkurencyjnej zależy dziś od wielu wysublimowanych czynników mających wpływ na procesy podejmowania decyzji i reagowania na wyzwania dynamicznie zmieniającego się otoczenia. Podejście do zarządzania zmianą, wpisaną w środowisko organizacyjne stanowi wyzwanie samo w sobie. (fragment tekstu)

The traditional approach to organizational theory and practice is being constantly verified under the impact of globalization processes that challenge managers with new strategic, communication and relational tasks. Increased competition and constant organizational change result in an inevitable need for measures to enhance effectiveness of management processes. The effectiveness, competitive advantage and development of companies are highly dependent on human capital they possess. As a result, traditional management practices are more and more often replaced by strategies whose aim is to support employee development, and acquisition of new professional competencies. In a long-term perspective, it brings benefits in productivity, quality and innovation. Appreciative Inquiry and Solution Focused approaches, derived from positive psychology, constitute a new coaching model of personnel management and complete the range of methods in the portfolio of a modern manager.
