Abstrakty
W artykule zaprezentowano wybrane wyniki badań dotyczących przywiązania organizacyjnego. Dokonano pomiaru zmiennej za pomocą Kwestionariusza Zaangażowania Organizacyjnego Mayer, Allen, w wersji polskiej Bańki i innych. Zaproponowany przez Meyera i Allen model obejmuje trzy rodzaje zaangażowania: emocjonalne, trwania (kontynuacji) oraz normatywne. Badania przeprowadzono wśród n=2118 pracowników 9 elastycznych form zatrudnia: pracowników tymczasowych zatrudnianych przez agencje, pracowników przyjmowanych na zastępstwo, osób zatrudnionych na umowy cywilno-prawne, pracowników pracujących w ekonomii społecznej, pracujących na umowę na czas określony, na część etatu, w ramach telepracy, prac sezonowych i przedsiębiorców samozatrudnionych lub prowadzących dzia- łalność gospodarczą. Artykuł prezentuje część niepublikowanych badań większego projektu empirycznego Autorki pt.
