Bankowość elektroniczna prowadzi do umocnienia pozycji banku w konkurencyjnym środowisku rynkowym, dlatego właśnie wysoka jakość witryny internetowej często odgrywa decydującą rolę w postrzeganiu całego banku. The main aim of considerations is to identify the best, from the individual client's point of view, Internet services of e-banking in Poland in 2014. The use of modern communication technology instruments for contacts with e-banking clients offers banks competitive advantage and presents the opportunities to provide banking services in the way convenient for clients. E-banking leads to reinforcement of the bank's position in the market competitive environment, hence high quality of the Internet site often plays the decisive role in perception of the bank as a whole. The article deals with surveying the methods of reinforcing that position. Upon a concise introduction on the situation in e-banking in Poland, the authors define the assumptions to the surveys carried out. In the surveys, there was used the method of scoring and the method of scoring with preferences. Based on it, they constructed an electronic score sheet made accessible on the Internet and asked the users selected intentionally and randomly to fill it in. Next, based on the achieved results, the authors carried out multisided analyses and presented conclusions stemming therefrom and recommendations. The authors' contribution to the surveys was specification of the criteria of service assessment (in the economic, technical and anti-crisis groups) as the main determinants of perception of the quality of Internet websites, identification of the best e-banking sites and formulation of conclusions that may be the basis for setting up an efficient system of e-service quality management in this domain.
