Ambidexterity wyrażająca się w godzeniu napięć pomiędzy eksploracją i eksploatacją jest stosunkowo nowym problemem badawczym w naukach o zarządzaniu. Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja trendów badawczych nad tym zjawiskiem przy wykorzystaniu metodyki systematycznego przeglądu literatury. Na podstawie liczby publikacji i analizy ich treści określono aktywność badawczą w tym obszarze na przestrzeni czasu oraz wskazano główne perspektywy teoretyczne i poziomy analizy radzenia sobie z tego rodzaju napięciem. EN
Ambidexterity expressed in reconciling tensions between exploration and exploitation is a relatively new problem of research in management sciences. The aim of this paper is to identify trends of research on this phenomenon by using the methodology of systematic literature review. Based on the number of publications and analysis of their content a research activity was determined over time and the major theoretical perspectives and levels of analysis to deal with this kind of tension were identified.
