(fragment tekstu)

Skillful construct a realization of the right to return can be a positive factor in distinguishing an e-store from competitors. The main objective of the paper is to confront the expectations of buyers and sellers resulting from the application of the right to return goods bought at a distance. The second purpose is to formulate policies of returning items buying over Internet to create a working instrument to compete for an entrepreneur running an online store. The results indicate that there is a discrepancy between the expectations of customers and vendors in relation to the scope and rules for the use of the right to return goods purchased on the Internet.
