Artykuł dotyczy prognozowania struktury użytkowania ziemi dla Poznania i powiatu poznańskiego do roku 2020. Badanie przeprowadzone zostało w oparciu o hybrydowy model geoinformacyjny bazujący na metodach: oceny wielokryterialnej, łańcuchów Markowa oraz automatów komórkowych.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents a research on changes in the land-use pattern. In terms of space, the analysis covers Poznań powiat and the city of Poznań; in terms of time, the years 1979-2020. The choice of the Poznań metropolitan area as the object of study was prompted by the sharp changes in the development of space resulting primarily from suburbanisation processes. In the research were used of the methods of multicriteria evaluation, the Markov chains, and the cellular automata (within the framework of geographical information systems). The methods employed in the paper allowed to forecast of changes in the land-use pattern of Poznań powiat for the year 2020 as well as, their direction and magnitude. The analyses suggested, for example, that the nearest years would see intensive development of built-up areas, especially in the communes of Suchy Las, Rokietnica, Dopiewo, and Komorniki. Additionally, one should indicate sites near exits from the A2 motorway as potential areas of intensive development of logistic and forwarding functions. The use which is going to register the steepest decline is agriculture.(original abstract)
