Studies attempt the recognition of the occurrence Living Lab as a concept which supports innovations in enterprises. Research questions related to clarification how living labs create innovation in enterprises. The research object was living labs in the Ontario region. Developed case study will help with theorethical due to the early stage of development of the knowledge presented in the article. Equal partners of innovative processes were recognized, emphasizing the idea of prosumers and business iteractions in living labs. The article is based on research of living laboratories in Canada.
