Abstrakty

Przedmiotem opracowania jest analiza różnorodnych alternatywnych form przewodnictwa coraz liczniej wprowadzanych w miastach europejskich. Jako przyczyny zwiększenia ilości oraz różnorodności ofert i wprowadzenia nowych metod zidentyfikowano zmiany w preferencjach i oczekiwaniach dzisiejszych turystów miejskich oraz konkurencję ze strony miejskich systemów informacyjno-prowadzących, które wykorzystują w turystyce nowoczesne technologie komunikacji i prezentacji. Statystyka ofert przewodnictwa w wybranych miastach Unii Europejskiej potwierdza rozpowszechnienie przewodnictwa interpretatywnego, a analiza jego wybranych propozycji dokonana w ostatniej części tekstu ukazuje ich zbieżność z uznanymi zasadami interpretacji dziedzictwa. The paper is an analysis of various alternative forms of guiding introduced and used in increasing number in many European cities. As reasons for increasing diversity of guiding methods were identified the changes in the preferences and expectations of today's urban tourists and the competition between urban systems of providing information, leading to use of modern technologies in tourism communication and presentation. A juxtaposition showing the variety of guiding offers in selected cities of the European Union confirms the increasing prevalence of interpretative guiding. The analysis of the selected proposals made in the last part of the text shows their convergence with the recognized principles of heritage interpretation. (original abstract)
