Abstrakty

Przedmiotem badań w artykule jest ocena transformacji gospodarczej. Podmiotowo analiza objęła grupę piętnastu krajów postsocjalistycznych zaliczanych do grupy CEB, EEC oraz SEE. Okres analizy to perspektywa długoterminowa, tj. lata 1990-2014. Postawione pytania o ciągłość, intensywność oraz efekty transformacji wyznaczyły cele badań oraz sformułowanie pytań badawczych, w tym sześciu hipotez dowodzonych empirycznie. Odpowiedzi na postawione pytania badawcze dokonano w ujęciu ocen kwalitatywnych (warstwa teorio-poznawcza, tezy) oraz kwantytatywnych (warstwa empiryczna, hipotezy). W tym ostatnim ujęciu wykorzystano wskaźniki tranzycji. Umożliwiły one ocenę transformacji w dwóch płaszczyznach: ogólnej - procesy liberalizacji i prywatyzacji oraz szczegółowej - zmiany strukturalne w sektorach gospodarki. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper presents an assessment of the economic transformation. The analysis comprises a group of 15 СЕВ, EEC and SEE countries. The analysis is based on a long-term time horizon, covering the 1990-2014 period. The formulated questions related to the continuity, intensity and effects of the transformation process lead to setting research objectives and formulating research questions, including six hypotheses tested by empirical data. The answers to these questions are based on a qualitative approach (a theoretical and cognitive dimension, theses), and a quantitative approach (an empirical dimension, hypotheses). In the latter approach the author makes use of transition ratios. They facilitate assessment at two levels: a general level - liberalization and privatization processes, and a specific level - structural changes in economic sectors. (original abstract)
