Abstrakty

Changes in the market and different conditions force car manufacturers to look for new ways of handling their businesses. Gaining competitive advantage is one of the vital things in today's business. One of the methods is supplier development. However, there is a need of change in supplier management attitude. As the world goes, not every strategy can be used in every environment. Following paper shows differences in Japanese and Western methods and indicates different examples of adapting strategies to changing environment conditions. (original abstract)
