Abstrakty

Określenie "inteligentne przedsiębiorstwo" jest przykładem coraz częściej spotykanej w naukach o zarządzaniu antropomorfizacji. Czy stosowanie takich zabiegów jest uzasadnione i, jeśli tak, to w jakich warunkach? W artykule przedstawiono przykład tzw. inteligencji procesowej, czyli zastosowania pojęcia inteligencji w odniesieniu do zarządzania procesami biznesowymi. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The term intelligent enterprise is a metaphor / example of anthropomorphisation more and more often met in management sciences. Is the application of such an approach well grounded? If it is, in what circumstances? The article presents the example of the so-called process intelligence, i.e. the application of the idea of intelligence with regard to business process management.
