Abstrakty
W październiku 2016 r. Oliver Hart i Bengt Holmstrom otrzymali Nagrodę Nobla w dziedzinie ekonomii. Nagroda została przyznana za wkład, jaki wnieśli ci naukowcy w teorię umów. Od pierwszej wspólnie wydanej Teorii umów (1985) wielokrotnie przedstawiali jej coraz to bardziej pogłębione i poszerzone wersje. Artykuł nie stanowi syntezy ich badań, ma na celu raczej przybliżenie ich twórczości badawczej i pewne wnioski co do jej zastosowania. (abstrakt oryginalny)
In October 2016 Oliver Hart and Bengt Holmstrom received the Nobel Award the Bank of Sweden in economic sciences, chich is known as the Nobel Prize in economics. The award was given for the in put scientists have in the theory of contracts. From the first jointly published The Theory of Contracts (1985), they repeatedly prezented it sextended versions. This article does not constitute a synthesis of their research, is to rather to acquaint their research and prezent some conclusions on its application. (original abstract)
