Implications of the Ashby's Law for Transnational Corporations

Abstrakty
Wynika to z braku instrumentów do operacjonalizacji działań przedsiębiorczych. W oparciu o układ diagnostyczny obejmujący cele i w konsekwencji sieć tworzenia wartości zidentyfikowano działania proaktywnie. Following the Ashby law, transnational corporations should be flexible in order to survive. However, there is no consensus as to the understanding of the concept of flexibility in the literature. The article assumes that the flexibility indicates the presence of reactive and proactive adaptation measures of organization in terms of time, content and scope to a greater extent than currently used. By applying a network of value concept it was shown that transnational corporations are characterized by the inability to conduct reactive activities that follow the requirements of flexibility. This is due to the lack of instruments to operationalize entrepreneurial activities. It was found that the activities of transnational corporations is characterized by proactive flexibility.
