Stan zdrowia społeczeństwa kształtowany jest przez różne czynniki, spośród których najważniejsze są czynniki społeczno-ekonomiczne, które rząd możne poprawiać, realizując politykę "zdrowie we wszystkich politykach". Aby to osiągnąć, należy zbadać, w jaki sposób poszczególne czynniki determinują stan zdrowia. Dlatego w pierwszej części przedstawione są najważniejsze definicje i klasyfikacje czynników społeczno-ekonomicznych, a w drugiej zostało przeanalizowane zróżnicowanie stanu zdrowia w województwach w Polsce, a także oddziaływanie czynników społeczno-ekonomicznych, które do tego doprowadziły(abstrakt oryginalny)

The health status of society is shaped by various factors of which socioeconomic factors are the most important. The government can adjust them by implementing the "health in all policies" approach. In order to achieve that one should examine in what way individual factors determine the health status. Therefore, in the first part of the paper, the most important definitions and classifications of socioeconomic factors are described. In the second part, the differences in the health status of Polish provinces (województwa) and the impact of socioeconomic factors that led to this are analysed.(original abstract)
