Abstrakty

Firmy w najbliższym czasie dla podniesienia konkurencyjności będą wykorzystywać nowoczesne technologie informatyczne, wprowadzając Internet rzeczy, czyli wielokierunkową i powszechną komunikację ludzi, maszyn i urządzeń. Rynek jutra stanowi równocześnie szansę, jak i wyzwanie dla biznesu. Warto już dziś zastanowić się nad tym, jak wykorzystać Internet rzeczy we własnej firmie. W nowym hybrydowym świecie, gdzie rzeczywistość miesza się z technologią i Internetem, znajdują się nowe źródła zysku, nowe modele biznesowe, nowe potrzeby klientów, nowe źródła informacji o nich i nowe formy komunikacji. Internet rzeczy może realnie zmienić układ sił na rynku. Nieuwzględnienie go w strategii biznesowej może negatywnie wpłynąć na pozycję firmy. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie dynamicznych zmian, związanych z Internetem rzeczy, których doświadczać będziemy w ciągu najbliższych lat. Wyszczególniono obszary stosowania Internetu rzeczy. Dodatkowo wskazane zostały bariery związane z zarządzaniem bezpieczeństwem i prywatnością, na które należy zwrócić szczególną uwagę, rozwijając Internet rzeczy. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Companies in the near future will utilize to improve the competitiveness modern information technology by introducing Internet of Things, that isuniversal and multidirectional communication of people, machines and equipment. Market of tomorrow is both an opportunity and a challenge for the business. Today it is worth to think about how to use the Internet of Things in own company. In the new hybrid world where reality mixes with technology and the Internet, can be found new sources of profit, new business models, new customer needs, new sources of information and new forms of communication. Internet of Things can in reality change the balance of power in the market. Failure to include it in business strategy may adversely affect the company's position. The aim of the article was to introduce the dynamic changes associated with the Internet of Things, which we will experience in the coming years. Identifies areas of application the Internet of Things. Additionally, described the barriers associated with managing security and privacy, which you should pay special attention during the development of the Internet of Things. (original abstract)
