Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono możliwość wykorzystania wielokryterialnej metody PVM do wyboru kraju lokalizacji i rejestracji działalności gospodarczej. W badaniach wykorzystano informacje z bazy danych udostępnionych na portalach World Bank Group z 2015 roku oraz European Social Survey z 2014 roku. Badaniami objęto 32 kraje europejskie, Kosowo oraz Izrael. Wyniki badań pozwoliły wyróżnić cztery klasy krajów ze względu na dogodne warunki dla podejmowania działalności gospodarczej.(abstrakt oryginalny)

In the article the authors present the possibility of using multi-criteria method -PVM- (Preference Vector Method) to choose country of business location and registration. In the study the authors use the information from the database available on the portals World Bank Group from 2015 years, and the European Social Survey of 2014. The study involved 32 European countries, Kosovo and Israel. In the result of the case study, the countries are classified into four classes in terms of friendliness for starting a business.
